COMMITTEES

The Greene County Chamber has several active committees that meet periodically throughout the year. These committees offer our members opportunities to contribute directly to the work of the Chamber and to interact with fellow Chamber members who share common interests. Committee participation is encouraged and is a great way for members to network, share ideas, improve our community and build lasting professional relationships.

Citizen Involvement & Chamber Ambassadors Committee

Mika Mills, Chairperson

The Citizen Involvement & Chamber Ambassadors Committee seeks methods to increase member involvement by communicating chamber activities and benefits to its members. Members network with other community groups to attract citizen volunteers who attend ribbon cuttings, business after hours, and other Chamber functions.

Jonathan Schwartz, Chairman

The Membership Value and Recruitment Committee works to grow our membership and increase the value the Chamber provides to its members. The committee reviews Chamber events to ensure they benefit Chamber members, reviews annual membership levels and member benefits provided at each level and makes recommendations to the Chamber Board of Directors of appropriate dues and benefit levels.
