Chamber Ribbon Cutting for The Bluffs at Carey Station
The Greene County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for the Grand Opening of The Bluffs at Carey Station, hosted by Dream Finders Homes. The Bluffs at Carey Station is a new residential community that offers homebuyers an exciting selection of 10 thoughtfully designed floor plans, with homes starting in the high 300's. Several home plans are already finished and move-in ready, and more are under construction, giving buyers the opportunity to choose from homes at various stages of completion. A soon-to-be built community pool, clubhouse, firepit, and playground, and it close proximation to Lake Oconee make this a sought-after place to call home.
Guests attending the Grand Opening were invited to tour two beautifully decorated model homes and experience firsthand the quality, design, and lifestyle The Bluffs at Carey Station has to offer. Attendees also enjoyed a delicious lunch provided by The Chef & the Wife, a popular caterer located in downtown Greensboro.
Neil Koelbl, the Division President over Dream Finders Homes' Atlanta division shared "We're very pleased to be opening The Bluffs at Carey Station in Greensboro. There's something special about being able to bring new homes to an area like this and give families the opportunity to own a quality home at an affordable price. We've put a lot of thought into the homes, features, and amenities we're offering, and we're proud of what we're bringing to the community. With Lake Oconee nearby and so much to enjoy in the area, we believe this is a great place to call home. We're proud to be here and look forward to welcoming our homeowners and seeing this community grow."
