Chamber Welcomes RATE to Greene County

The Greene County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to welcome RATE to the Chamber and its expansion to Greene County. RATE offers residents a variety of mortgage lending options, including Conventional, Jumbo, VA loans, as well as Reverse Mortgages. Local resident and Producing Branch Manager Ann Furey brings 28 years of mortgage banking experience to the community, providing borrowers with the knowledge and peace of mind they need when navigating the mortgage process. Ann’s expertise in working with self-employed borrowers also expands the range of customers she can assist with home financing. Known for her responsiveness, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients, Ann takes pride in educating borrowers and simplifying the lending process from application through closing. Her extensive experience allows her to help clients understand their options and make informed decisions about their mortgage needs.
