Greene Chamber of Commerce Hosts Ribbon Cutting for Ride Oconee
GREENSBORO, GA - On Friday, July 14th, the Greene County Chamber of Commerce welcomed Ride Oconee with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Ride Oconee offers several fun rental options including KAA Speed Scooters, Inflatable Paddle Boards, YuJet Electric Surfboards, and Mokes perfect for trying something new and great for entertaining guests. Owner Laurel Seheult explained: "Ride was developed out of the pure desire to find the most innovative, environmentally friendly tech out there and bring it to the lake community and beyond. We didn’t set out to reinvent the wheel… but rather, curate an arsenal of cool, fully electric riding experiences that you can enjoy for an afternoon, a weekend or a lifetime." Inflatable Paddle Boards can be picked up at the Ride showroom on 170 Scott Rd.; Eatonton. YuJets Jetboards, KAASpeed Scooters, and the Moke can be delivered within a 20-mile radius of the showroom.
Ride Oconee and neighboring new business, The Boat Shop, hosted a community block party after the ribbon cuttings which included demos from Ride Oconee’s Mokes, scooters, and electric bikes, boat show, live music from Scott Deering and Ronnie Pittman; free axe throwing booth from LumberJaxe, Dough Daddy Dough food truck, and pet adoption with Oconee Regional Humane Society.
Ride Oconee thanks the following Chamber Members for coming out to support them: The Boat Shop, Century Bank & Trust, Your Town Magazine, Landmark Construction & Development, Vital Medical Billing & Consulting, Brock Company Creative and Oconee Regional Humane Society.
