Cindy Schultz’s expertise extends well beyond event planning. In 2015, she achieved FDA approval for two of her signature lasagnas, which were available at select Whole Foods, Fresh Market grocery stores, and Williams Sonoma in Atlanta prior to the Covid outbreak. Additionally, she developed a line of specialty pecans that have gained popularity throughout Georgia, sold at specialty shops and farmers markets. Her renowned Ben Ben’s Spiced Pecans were praised by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution for their perfect balance of sweetness, saltiness, and citrus. This year, Cindy introduced Lutini’s CHUNKY’S, a decadent dark chocolate and almond treat, further expanding her portfolio of specialty delicacies. In the pipeline is Lutini’s O’Funnel, a delicious, savory and healthy on- the-go snack. Beyond her culinary achievements, Cindy has been the featured instructor at Olive + Hive for over two years, leading interactive cooking classes that highlight creative uses of infused olive oils and vinegars.
