Ribbon Cutting Held for Lake Country Medical Concierge
The Greene County Chamber of Commerce proudly hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony on March 24, 2025, celebrating the grand opening of the newest office for Dr. Nicolas Chronos and Lake Country Medical Concierge. Located at 1011 Parkside Commons, Suite 101 in Greensboro—close to Hatfield Homes and Hankinson Wealth Advisors—this marks the practice’s second location, furthering its mission to provide personalized, patient-centered healthcare through Concierge Medicine.
The Greensboro office offers a wide range of specialized services including comprehensive physical exams, cardiac and vascular risk assessments, preventive cardiology, stroke prevention, and cognitive function and memory loss evaluations. This expansion reflects the increasing demand for customized healthcare that emphasizes accessibility, extended consultation time, and meaningful doctor-patient relationships.

Dr. Chronos is an internationally recognized cardiologist, researcher, and innovator with over three decades of experience in medicine. He trained at Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine and the Royal Brompton National Heart and Lung Institute in London before completing fellowships at Emory University in Atlanta. Throughout his career, Dr. Chronos has played a leading role in the advancement of cardiovascular medicine, particularly in the areas of interventional cardiology and regenerative therapies. His commitment to personalized, preventative care and groundbreaking research continues to shape the future of modern medicine in Georgia and beyond.
Joining Dr. Chronos for the event was Grace Greenwald, founder of Refine Aesthetics & Wellness, located in the same building. Grace is a board-certified registered nurse with advanced training in aesthetic medicine.
